- The more we practice introversion, the deeper we go into our purpose.
- When we associate with the right people, i.e. those who are trying to grow out of weaknesses, this helps us focus on presence.
How to practice Arati (Introversion)?
- Be in Satsanga: The more satsanga we are in, the more the people we care for are in satsanga also.
- Use parameters, when associating with those who are more into pleasure, possession, position. Set parameters for extraversion as follows:
- Friday nights: Be 100% rajasik
- Saturday nights: Be 50% rajasik
- Sunday nights: Be 25% rajasik
- Rest of the week : Be more energetic / enthusiastic.
